At SoSweet, we want you to love your treats; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.

Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods or shipping error.
